What is Asset Plus’s current dividend policy?
- APL’s current cash dividend of 1.8 cents per share is intended to be maintained during the Munroe Lane Development period and up to 31 March 2023
- Throughout the development period, dividends will be in excess of operating earnings resulting in dividends being partly funded from debt capacity from the restructured debt facilities
- APL intends to introduce a dividend re-investment plan, to help reduce cash outflows, commencing at its next dividend payment date in December 2020
- Dividends remain subject to quarterly review and are payable at the discretion of the Board, which will take into account all relevant factors when making decisions on dividend payments. Dividends are not guaranteed
Does Asset Plus have a financial disputes resolution process for handling shareholder complaints?
Yes, if shareholders wish to make a formal complaint they should contact the Company and we will send out a Complaints Form. Once the completed form has been received we will aim to provide a response within 20 working days. If a complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved Asset Plus’s disputes resolution provider is Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR). FDR is a free and independent service and you can find more information on their website – www.fdr.org.nz
Is Asset Plus in the Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE) Regime?
Yes, the Company elected to become a Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE) as part of the restructure and corporatisation of The National Property Trust.
