Settlement of sale of Heinz Wattie�s Distribution Centre
Asset Plus is pleased to confirm that the sale of the Heinz Wattie�s Distribution Centre in Hastings has successfully settled on 17 December 2019. Asset Plus had agreed to underwrite the purchaser�s capital raising. No call was made on the underwrite and a fee of $487,500 has been received.
Following settlement, $27.5 million of the net sale proceeds has been applied towards debt repayment.
